Detailed Product Description

Metal saw blade ,steel cutting blade ,carbide saw blade for cutting mild steel, stainless steel, thin steel and big steel pipes for natural gas and petroleum. The saw blade body is made
of German 75Cr1 steel; tips are imported from Germany, solders and brazing flux
are also imported from Germany. According to the test of our existing customers,
the life time and cutting ability is almost in line with the most advanced standard
in the world.

We use Trumpf laser machine for cutting the saw body, Hammerle leveling machine for
flattening the saw body, Kahny soldering machines for brazing the tips and Vollmer
grinding machines for grinding the tips.,the diameters we may make up to 1800mm .
